How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Speakerseasy Roofing should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may contact us about:

  • How your call or contact with Speakerseasy Roofing went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Speakerseasy Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@speakerseasy.world and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
